Talking with a trained professional nurse will help you determine your options and your best course of action. This helps ensure you are on the right path and doing all the good things you can for yourself and baby.

TLC Doulas

Our goal for you as a pregnant woman is to gain confidence, self-advocacy and optimal well-being to grow a healthy baby. And as a laboring woman and soon to be mother to feel support, guidance and love from us as your doulas. We are also in full support of your birth partner, your life partner, as well as creating a welcoming environment for friends and family whom you've invited. Thus our main goal is to be at your service and help create positive birthing experiences.
